Meet the Owner
Christopher Johnson has a Masters Class II-Non-Restricted plumbing license from the state of Georgia as well as certifications with Rinnai Tankless Water Heaters, Gastite Piping, NUCA Excavation Safety, and GSWCC Erosion Control Certified Level A.
Chris began plumbing in Maryland in 1996 and moved to the Atlanta area in 1998. He joined a local plumbing company and continued training to achieve his Journeyman license in 2001 and his Masters in early 2004. Although he enjoyed his plumbing family and was honored to be named Lead Tech and Trainer, his desire to start his own business grew. In 2005, C&A Johnson Plumbing Service LLC was formed to provide friendly, affordable and reliable service to the North Atlanta area.
Industry Involvement & Recognition
C&A Johnson Plumbing Service LLC has been a proud member of the Plumbing Heating Cooling Contractors Association of Georgia since 2005, working with hundreds of other plumbing professionals to improve the industry through education. Chris was nominated for the Future Leadership Council before joining the Executive Board, and in 2014 he received the "Contractor of the Year" award for his contributions. He currently serves as the Past President on the Executive Board focused on mentoring new leaders, and he advocates for trade careers in area high schools.

In the early days of C&A Johnson Plumbing Service, Chris' oldest daughter was a toddler. He faced the decision to grow steadily being a present father or grow quickly working around the clock. He chose the steady route and earned the respect of moms in the family's circle, and those moms told other moms. That dedication to his family and his solid work ethic are the reasons 90% of Chris' business comes from referrals. He is "Mom Approved" because he cares about his work and the legacy he is leaving for his children. He lives with his wife Amanda and his daughters Olivia and Ava in Buford, Ga.
